Stephen Emerson, Dry Creek Capital Partners  
Steve is a Partner at Dry Creek Capital Partners with over 20 years experience in deal sourcing, execution and asset management. Prior to founding Dry Creek, Steve was a Partner at Excelsior Capital Partners. Previously, Steve was with Summit Investment Management, Dubin Clark Private Equity and in the capital markets division at A.G. Edwards (now Wells Fargo).

Steve earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a MAcc and a BBA from the University of Missouri.

Thomas Donnelly, Webster Bank
Thomas Donnelly is the head of Loan Workout at Webster Bank. He has more than 25 years of experience and has worked out loans to a wide variety of industries and loan structures. Prior to Webster, Donnelly held leadership positions with UBS and General Electric Commercial Finance.  He is past member of the TMA Connecticut Chapter’s Board of Directors.




Leslie Jones, Key Bank NA
Leslie Jones is a Senior Vice President and Regional Team Lead with KeyBank’s Specialized Finance Group.  Leslie has 25 years of experience restructuring middle market and large corporate credits across a broad range of industries and loan types.  Prior to joining KeyBank’s restructuring group, Leslie was a commercial lender in the middle market and healthcare groups.  Leslie started her career as an auditor and, later, as a commercial lender at Shawmut Bank.  Leslie is a graduate of the University of Vermont.
