You've got a busy day ahead, why not get together with other attendees and start your day off right with 50 minutes of calming Vinyasa Flow! Vinyasa is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next using breath. Led by an experienced yoga instructor, the class includes 5 minutes of meditation and ends with 5 minutes of Savasana (the final resting pose at the end of yoga practice). All attendees are welcome to sign up; however, space is limited so don't wait!
All registered attendees will receive the book "10% Happier: How I Tamed the Voice in My Head, Reduced Stress Without Losing My Edge, and Found Self-Help That Actually Works--A True Story" by Dan Harris.
