Leanne founded Gould Consulting Services (GCS) in 2018 to assist counsel and their clients to understand complex financial and business valuation issues in a variety of disputed matters by listening, evaluating the facts and documents produced in the case, and explaining findings and opinions clearly and in a practical manner.
Leanne is a CPA with a diverse base of knowledge which draws on her experience in bankruptcy litigation and consulting, forensic accounting, business valuation and manufacturing operations. This base provides her the unique ability to understand a client’s business needs beyond the “books and records” and create successful outcomes - whether in settlement or in a court of law.
Leanne has provided expert reports and testimony in matters before U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, U.S. District Courts, State Courts and arbitration panels on a variety of issues including voidable transfers, conversion, misappropriation, disputed business valuation, lost profits and avoidance actions brought under §§ 544, 547 and 548 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and U.V.T.A. including assessments of reasonably equivalent value, solvency, asset tracing and alter-ego.
David Weinstein, CTP, CohnReznick
David Weinstein is a Managing Director and Practice Leader of CohnReznick Advisory’s Restructuring and Dispute Resolution Practice, Southeast Group. He has more than 35 years of workout and restructuring experience across various industries including retail and consumer goods, manufacturing, automotive, and aviation. David’s versatile experience as an advisor and creditor have given him an insider’s knowledge of lender and creditor positions, capital sourcing, and workouts and restructuring in and out of court.
He is a past President and Chairman of the New York City and Connecticut’s Chapters of the TMA and a current Board Member of the Florida TMA Board. He is also a Board member of the South Florida XPX Chapter.

Ulos Anderson, Gordon Brothers
Ulos is responsible for the management of the wholesale business with daily interaction with clients and customers. He first became associated with Gordon Brothers in 2001 and joined as a full-time employee in 2002, bringing 26 years of management experience. Ulos held a variety of senior-level positions at Dollar General Corporation (a national 16,000-store chain); he was Divisional Vice President at Service Merchandise Corporation, where he supervised the teams responsible for its electronics, housewares, and appliances divisions; and he held several positions with increasing responsibility at the McCrory Stores Corporation and TG&Y Stores.
Ulos is a member of both the regional and national Turnaround Management Association, and is currently President of the Tennessee chapter. He is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth. He received his BS in Business Administration from Jackson State University in Jackson, MS.
James Marple, TD Bank
James Marple is a Managing Director and Senior Economist with TD Bank Group. In his role, he leads a team of economists to provide analysis and forecasts to TD clients and stakeholders. The team delivers on a wide scope of research, covering the U.S., Canadian, and global economies.
As a respected commentator, James gives presentations across North America (by videoconference nowadays) speaking on economic and financial trends. He is interviewed frequently on the radio and television and has been quoted by media outlets including the Wall Street Journal and the Associated Press.
James received his graduate degree in Economics from the University of Toronto in 2005. In October 2020, he celebrated his thirteen-year anniversary with TD Bank Group.
Jeremy Swan, CohnReznick
Jeremy Swan is the Managing Principal of CohnReznick's Financial Sponsors & Financial Services Industry practice and also leads the efforts of the Firm's M&A Consulting Services practice. Jeremy is responsible for management of CohnReznick's Financial Sponsors and Financial Services Industry practice which includes all work conducted at the firm level, fund level, and across portfolio companies. Jeremy serves as the lead and/or relationship partner for many of CohnReznick's largest private equity firm and portfolio company engagements, managing teams across service lines and maintaining a single point of contact at the private equity firm level.
With more than 20 years of experience advising financial sponsors and emerging private and large, multinational portfolio companies, Jeremy has extensive experience working with financial sponsors as both an investment banker and a consultant. He has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, IPO readiness, financing transactions, post-acquisition integration, and operational and financial due diligence.
Prior to joining CohnReznick, Jeremy was a director at a global consulting firm and a leader in the firm's private equity, due diligence, and IPO readiness practices. Before entering consulting, Jeremy spent 10 years as an investment banker focused on financial sponsor transactions, executing over $90 billion of debt, equity, and M&A transactions.
